Skills and Career Assessment
Finding Your Spark
Know Your Strengths, Choose Your Path
Every young person is unique. Their abilities, interests and personality come together to form a profile unlike anyone else’s. Our skills and career assessment goes far beyond a simple test. It’s a guided process of self-discovery, carried out with proven tools and certified counselors, leading to concrete recommendations for academic paths and careers.
How Our Skills and Guidance Assessment Works
Initial Assessment
This is a conversation between the My Campus Expat advisor, the student and their family to pinpoint exactly what they need.
My Campus Expat answers any questions you may have and walks you through what to expect from the process.
Exploring Skills and Interests
My Campus Expat takes stock of your strengths, achievements and untapped potential.
Together, we identify your professional interests, motivations and personal strengths.
The Analysis
Building on the strengths identified earlier, we match your profile to the fields that suit you best.
My Campus Expat provides families with a comprehensive, detailed written report outlining a tailored long-term career path and higher education plan. This report includes recommended career directions, together with relevant programs, universities, and schools that match the student’s profile.
Conclusions and Next Steps
A debrief session walks families through the assessment’s findings, helping finalize the choice of career path and higher education plan.
With all of this in hand, you’re ready to look ahead with confidence. The plan is set, its feasibility confirmed, and the next steps are mapped out. From there, it’s time to put the plan into action and move forward with confidence.
